Unsuccessful coffee enemas - how do I improve this

Hi Peeps

In a recent message I glowingly stated that my first coffee enema was very successful. Unfortunatley since then the enemas have not been successful in removing anything but coffee from my bowels.

I have had a couple sightings of parasites, a few Gallstones and only one incident where on ejecting the coffee my bowels decided it wanted to contract and release a little more waste. I felt great afterwards and decided yes, this is the start of greater things to come so as I had a couple of cups of coffee left (1 on enemna bag) I went ahead with another enema. I thought as my bowels are now responding to the coffee I can pump some more thorugh them which hopefully will completely clear them. I was wrong. The last attempt was unsuccessful and I relaesed the coffee after 12 minutes but nothing else and I felt very constipated afterwards.

Since then (9 days) I have found that my bowels are very sluggish and even after my 4th Liver and Gallblaader cleanse nothing improved. Even my cleanse was a terribe in that I only went to the toilet twice and releaed near to nothing.

MY COFFEE ENEMA

Just over 2 pints of filtered water (2 quarts)
4 tbsp of filter coffee
Boil for 5 minutes


Lie on the right side with knees bent and insert coffee. Rubbing stomach anti-clockwise on insertion. Hold the pose and hold coffee in for 12 minutes. Release

Over the duration I have changed position from the right to the left, my back to my front and also rubbing my stomach clockwise.

I am nearing the end of my enemas (couple days) and I am desparate for some advice. I also have a colony of parasites living in my bowels. How do I serve them notice without spending a fortune on Co enyme Q10, bearing in mind I am currently unemployed.
