Re: Pain killers

Hi Elaina,

Dry herbs lose their potency over time so it is always a good idea to tincture herbs you plan to keep for awhile. Tinctured herbs potency will last years versus months for dried herbs. Dr Schulze talks about pain killers with Sam Biser in the Save you life collection and how the government has taken under it's control almost all of your natural sources of pain relief. The only thing that I can think of, don't recall if he mentioned it on the video or if I read it someplace else was the herb wild lettuce, it isn't really lettuce, that is just the name and it has similar properties as the poppy. I have not tried it myself but if I do I would make a tincure of it.
