Re: your own tincture

This is the first time that I made my own tincture. I've got some echinecia near my house. So I made it with the root, leaves and petal. I will prepare other tinctures in the near furur but first I've got to find the herbs ! Of course It would be fun to share with other people how to make the preparation.
