Re: spinal fusion?
Dear Mike:
I know what stenosis is, but what is it that causes the spinal column to close up like that? Is it bony tissue? It sounds like you know what to do for your general health. Do it.
I experience a lot of lower back pain and mobility issues with muscular dystrophy. Getting on an excellent diet, doing cleanses, hot and cold showers on the painful areas, getting off coffee and all other unhealthy stuff (sugar, white flour, etc), eating an herbal vitamin/mineral supplement called Superfood, walking (at first I couldn't make it down my driveway; now I can walk a mile at a moderate pace), getting enough sleep, reducing stress such as TV stress and rock music... have all helped to make my pain endurable and almost gone. I was on Tylenol and Advil, and could have taken prescription pain meds, but I
refused. I was so depressed at times I thought the worst thoughts. I'm completely off all meds now and usually feel very perky and full of enthusiasm for life. I've lost 8
pounds in a month and feel like I'm on the right path.
Doing the above things has not cured md but I believe with time and the right protocols I will be. Yours is congenital, mine is a gene depletion. I think Owen who posted earlier has some truth. I thought it was a little flaky at first, but I started saying little things in my mind like, "the food I am giving you (my body) has healing properties in it. Use this food to heal the cells affected with muscular dystrophy." Or if I knew some tincture was supposed to help with a particular area such as my immune system, I would think something specific. And then I would think some picture in my mind like me running as fast as a gazelle barefooted down a secluded beach- and I looked real lean and sculpted. Has it worked? Not yet, but I've only been doing it a short while.
I will pray for you, Mike. I know a little bit about your pain and discouragement.
Blessings from Central Texas,
-Donna
