The key to this formula is that you have to take lots of water with it. I have been on numerous fasts and never get backed up while taking the formula. It containns psylium seeds that expand when added to water/juice. You have to drink the first cup with the formula and then another of water/juice. I have found that organic grape or ogranic apple work the best with the formula. Ive never heard of an oral enema and I have been into natural healing for at least 10yrs now what may I ask, is it?.
