I was on this formula last week, and the # 1 went great. but, when I started on the # 2, it stopped me completely up!!. I was so miserable (my stomach was hard and 'full' feeling) that I did a oral enema to get relief. After three days of trying to use it, I threw the whole jar into the garbage. I read on another post, you HAVE to drink LOTS of water. I drank water, but not enough. Also, I could not stand the taste. Dr. Schulze said you could mix it with juice, and shake it in a jar with a lid.
