this is hilarious btw except one thing lol

lots of folks use caps to emphasize a point
or to draw attention to an important message
or because their keyboard is stuck in caps lol .

so don't corral the use of caps as a sign of a troll
WHEN IT MIGHT NOT BE! (lol I am teasing, I could nto resist! *smile*)

I think this post would be great on jokes forum ,
maybe consider to leave out the caps part in case some
non humorous person takes it seriously.
