Re: That sounds so yummy Gen

Elaine,
I have just started to use the superfood and find it mixes well with fruit juices. I have grown my own wheat grass and juiced it before...YUK...taste terrible. I use something called barleygreen.
Do you have a farmers market where you live? Great place for buying fresh herbs. Small raised gardens work great too. If you find them going to waste chop them up and freeze them with water into ice cubes and put in plastic bag till needed.
I use the champion to juice berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries straw. etc) I save the pulp, freeze it then put nuts, honey and some fresh nutmeg on it- you can add fresh lemon balm and/or spearamint leaves and a few extra berries on it....ummmmmm...good.
Hint: you can take the above juice and add your favorite frozen concentrate juice combination, some ice and blend it into a smoothie.....wishing you health...Bill
