I'm thrilled to hear of your success and also very interested to hear you're a research scientist. I
work at the University of Toronto with a lot of medical research scientists. What I can't
understand is that "threatened" response. All doctor's I've seen have had it. The other
thing I don't understand is how they are uninterested in the "why" question. They never
seem to wonder why you've become sick. I should clarify, this would be GPs, not
(I hope) research scientists. Maybe they just don't have enough time to care!?
