I have read your books "The Amazing Liver Cleanse" and "The Key to Health and Rejuvenation". Both are very well written and informative.
I see that you strongly advise people to stay away from animal foods (like meat, chicken) because of their high protein content.
What about vegetarian foods that are high in protein like peanuts, beans, lentils, almonds etc.
a) Should we watch out our consumption of vegetable protein foods ?
b) Should we avoid these during the week of Liver Cleanse ?
