Re: Can you please comment
John,
I appreciate your constructive criticism. I can only say that I have nothing against Dr. Clark (or anyone else for that matter) and that I honor the pioneering healing work she has done for so many people around the world. Yet I also have to attest to my experiences with numerous people who have done her version of the cleanse and developed serious side effects as a result of not finishing their liver flush with a thorough colon cleanse.
These individuals came to me asking for help for their predicaments, some of which I have brought up in this forum. Many of these people suffered from spastic colon, diverticulitis, or other forms of deformed or otherwise congested colons. To simply produce watery stools during the liver cleanse, which by the way also occurs during the cleanse I recommend, is no guarantee for removing all the stones from the colon. They can linger there for days and weeks after a liver flush. I had one person pass over 500 stones during a colonic, one of them as wide as 2 inches, two weeks after a liver flush. She used Dr Clark's method. The person suffered from numerous complaints that signified extreme toxicity, including lymph edema, painful abdominal spasms, strong headaches, constipation and infection. She felt totally exhausted, due to the tremendous assault on her immune system. It is very risky to rely on the body's own efforts to eliminate these stones.
The basic recipe for most existing liver flushes is basically the same, including Dr Clark's and mine. It has existed in this form for at least over 80 years and was written about often in books since the 1920's. There are variations that were created at a much later stage. The Greeks and Egyptians used the liver flush as well. But at no other time have we lived in such a toxic environment and are we exposed to so much processed food, chemicals, drugs, stress, etc. as we are today. The old recipes were more than appropriate during those times 80-100 years ago, when chronic diseases were rare (10%). It wasn't unusual to have colonic machines in the hospitals or doctor's practice during the 1920s. Now 90% of all diseases are chronic in nature, and there are no colonic machines in our hospitals anymore.
There has never been a time in human history when colon cancer was a problem, except in the past 30-45 years. Today's colons are in their worst condition. This requires much different measures than were used before. I personally would have a very guilty conscience to recommend someone to do a liver cleanse without stressing the need for colon cleansing afterwards. Many years ago, I just handed out the liver cleanse recipe freely wherever I could, in the belief that I would be helping humanity overcome chronic disease. But I had to pay for it; the directions became more and more diluted because the basic knowledge was missing and people came back to me with all sorts of health problems, because the little knowledge they had about it caused them to make some dangerous mistakes. What causes gallstones, how can they be avoided, what are the connection between our most common illnesses and bile duct congestion, what about keeping the kidneys clean, etc., are all good reasons to read a book on the subject. My purpose in life to assist people in their healing process, physical, emotional and spiritual. I have no financial gain in telling people to do a colonic. In fact, it would make my work so much easier if that wouldn't be necessary, at least in a good number of people.
The main reason I wrote the book was to make sure people were informed about the importance of following the complete directions, without risking their health. it is treu, many people will be just fine with those cleanses that do not include the pre-treatment of softening the stones and the colon cleanse afterwards, but some won't. I am most concerned about those that do harm themselves by trying to regain their health through such mehtods as the liver flush. I can only hope you feel the same way.
With kind regards,
Andreas
