You will hope that you get die-off symptoms, then you know that the antifungals are working. Maybe you might get a headache, perhaps a few days of having cold symptoms, feeling a bit 'foggy brained'. It doesn't last that long (few days) - unlike the illness which goes on for years unless you start getting brave enough to treat it! Just cut back on the dosage if you feel it's too much for you, go slower.

Sometimes there are side-effects to Acidopholus, some stomach noises and movement. Big deal. Start taking it.
