It is not rocket science. Make the bulk of the tincture good pure echinacea. Add some garlic to taste (if you want to be able to take the tincture during work, etc.....add less - you can make a super tonic and get your garlic from there). Then add the cayenne, also to taste - don't make it as strong as Christopher's Hot Cayenne as you will only take a few drops. You can actually brew your tincture and then bottle it - adding a few drops of cayenne extract then! There you can be sure not to 'over' heat it!
