I am not a Doctor but the person who told me works at a health food store is really really really sharp and good at muscle testing I really respect her and so far the things she has told me she tests for have been accurate.
She told me that you can be reinfected by sex,drinking after someone and kissing.
Now I have had full blowen candida and then milder and my husband and I still kissed and made love regularly. When I was muscle tested for the Threelac he tested he would need 1 can. He is always healthy and hardly gets sick.
