I can't give you information on buying Three Lac in Toronto, but I can tell you that I found BioKPlus to be vastly superior to Three Lac. BioKPlus is a Canadian product so no import fees. It is a food and contains 50 billion "live" (not powdered or freeze dried) probiotics. I make sure to take plenty of ionic magnesium because candida depletes magnesium. The magnesium I use is from Eniva and is electrical and does not go to through the digestive process, which is good news since everyone I know with candida has a hard time with absorption. I also take the other Eniva minerals and phytamins, etc. All are 100% absorbed and need no digestion. My absorption rate went way way up with the BioKPlus. It is amazing stuff!!
