This is very good info. I cannot comment on the others but can certainly comment on your recommendation on probiotics.
I would disagree with you on taking probiotics with meals. They work best in an empty stomack and should be taken first thing in the morning (after big glass of water) or last thing at night before bed. Otherwise, you recommendations are very good!!
FYI, bifidumbacterium are very good and effective colon cleansers, especially the colonzing ones. They are able to attach themselves to the intestinal walls and prise lose debris and harmful bacterium. In addition, they are most effective in preventing recurrance of problems. Colon health is vital to general health!!
A good probiotic must contain as many strains as possible and should preferably be "LIVE" - not freeze dried or weak liquid solutions. I would also not use antifungals when using probiotic as antifungals would affect the effectiveness of probiotic. Besides, a good probiotic is itself an anti-fungal!!
