Hi, Dean is probably right if you are using the "freeze-dried" probiotics. Most of the bacteria is dead by the process used to preserve them. "Freeze-drying" is a very harsh industrial process suitable for foods like vegetables, non-live, substances only.

However, if you contact me at info@osumex.com, I might be able to point you to a probiotic that contains "live" bacteria, all 12 strains of it, and does not require referigeration.
