My dermatologist told me that continued folliculitis on the scalp could lead to hairloss from the repeated inflammation of the hair follicles. Eventually they become weakened and cannot hold the hair in. The antibiotcs help more because they have anti-inflammatory properties and less because of killing a bacteria. I don't believe teeth fillings or liver toxins are causing your problems. Best of luck to you.
