Re: What brand of B5 did/ do you use?

I took an expensive brand initially, then a cheaper one which was like trying to swallow house bricks (and tasted vile). It doesn't seem to have made any difference so far, but admittedly I was only taking 3000mg a day as it is so expensive and my Acne isn't terribly bad. I'd be interested to know which brands are better and fairly priced (but I am in the UK). We can get Nature's Sunshine here but I've not looked up the price.
