Does it matter what brand? I just started using Nature's Sunshine, and it's fine. But I have to take 36 pills a day. I just noticed on the internet that a couple other companies offer B5 in larger dose capsules (500mg or 510mg), and they are a good bit less expensive than Nature's Sunshine. I am all for saving money, but I don't want to order a brand I've never heard of. That's why I'm asking you all what you have liked or not liked.

This is a reply to # 419,759I took an expensive brand initially, then a cheaper one which was like trying to swallow house bricks (and tasted vile). It doesn't seem to have made any difference so far, but admittedly I was only taking 3000mg a day as it is so expensive and my Acne isn't terribly bad. I'd be interested to know which brands are better and fairly priced (but I am in the UK). We can get Nature's Sunshine here but I've not looked up the price.
