This is good advice. Sigh* I've never worked out a day in my life. Does walking around my huge college campus count? I didn't know about the body odour causing aspect of sugar. That's really interesting. Does caffeine cause Body Odor as well? Ohhh you just had to make me think about donuts. Dried fruit here I come, lol. Thanks for the info Klewtar
