Want to deal with pain more effectively and safely?

Very good advice about keeping u'r skin and hair clean.But pp here are having a more serious problem with it.But you said you didn't have that bad a problem.If u were cleared in 3 days u don't have the stuff we are dealing with but really do thank you for the input.
