Desperate for help - and has anyone tried SkinClean?

I'm a 34 year old mother of two, and I've been struggling with Acne off and on for the last 14 years. Unfortunately, I have very fair freckled skin too, so I have a lot of scars and hyperpigmentation along with the pimples. It seems like I've tried everything - even Accutane twice, but I only ever seem to get temporary results. Sometimes I feel so self conscious and imagine people are talking about me. I only discovered this forum about four months ago, and I've been so encouraged by the stories and advice, but I'm still having trouble finding something that works - I'm using Aztec Healing Clay and Queen Helene's Mint Julip Mask at the moment, as well as Blemish-be-gone, and while they seem to help with the pimples that have already erupted, I find that every day I'm waking up to new ones. Some days I feel so depressed, I just don't want to leave the house. I've read a lot about the cleanses, but I'm breastfeeding a 10 month old, so I'm not able to try any just yet. Anyway, I was surfing the net and found a product called SkinClean, so I was wondering if anyone has tried it, or has any advice at all to give me. I really would appreciate it. Thanks.
