Hang on in there! It's brilliant that you've tried what you have done to date, as it's not easy doing cleansing, Elimination Diets and so on.
I know it's hard, the face you present to the world, can't be hidden but go out there and sock it to 'em! If people are concerned about appearances, they are perhaps not worth knowing? A real friend will accept you just as you are, I have found. Surround yourself with caring, undersatnding others, they are out there!
