I have read on this forum where someone who was taking psyllium without the Bentonite and passed MP. I am on the P&B shakes and have yet to see any MP but remain hopeful...
I believe that we do have impacted material in or intestines so I am looking forward to getting that gum out I swallowed in 10th grade :)
