Hi, I'm a newbie, and just want to say this is a great site. I may be new to the board - but i've read a lot, and I'm caught up in the MP is really just Psyllium and / or Bentonite debate. I've read good arguments on both sides... but, I'd be really interested to know if ANYONE out there has passed what they thought was an Mucoid Plaque without EVER having taken psyllium and / or bentonite.
I really appreciate any feedback.

MoreThis is a reply to # 417,923I have read on this forum where someone who was taking psyllium without the Bentonite and passed MP. I am on the P&B shakes and have yet to see any MP but remain hopeful...
I believe that we do have impacted material in or intestines so I am looking forward to getting that gum out I swallowed in 10th grade :) - Re: i passed plaque without taking s... #16643

This is a reply to # 417,923i ate a lot of oranges one day and out came a tube of hard, dark, stinky matter that looked just like the plaque I'd flushed out a few months prior with a colon cleanse. maybe the cleanse had loosened it up, or maybe all the fiber in the oranges pushed it out. anyway, i have.
others who've done The Master Cleanse (fasting) have also experienced this phenomenon. check out The Master Cleanse site
