Re: any psyllium substitutes?

Hiya Mary and welcome to CureZone! :)

The prune juice has a cleansing effect on the liver, not just the colon, that's why your brown spots - known as liver spots - have disappeared. :) That's why perfume bothers you - a clogged liver has a lower threshold of tolerance for all chemicals. Do some Liver Flushes and do other things of cleansing the liver and you'll find you can use perfume again, at least, the more expensive kinds with real extracts and nto just chemicals. :)

prune juice is probably NOT enough to get out mucoid placque, OH no, For that you definitely need psyllium to kind of scrape things along as it were. ;) If you had constipation for years chances are you have fecal matter in your bowels. If your tummy isn't as flat as when you were 20 that's why. ;) You can skip the benonite and just put the fiber in your fruit drink, BUT you may not then digest all the fruit Sugar and chlorella properly. So to be safe and sure, drink the P&B on its lonesome in the morning and save your prune drink for the evening, or vice versa.

It's tough to see/find parasites unless you do major colemas/colonics or take parasite killing herbs. They're great hiders.

for more info for beginners I wrote these notes and posted it in my forum:
