Re: CleanseSMART users
Boomer,
Psyllium and
Bentonite are the two ingredients in the P&B shakes. You can purchase them online or in your local health food store. I get mine locally. Here they only cost about $12 together. Great Plains is the product I use - they sell both the psyllium powder and liquid
Bentonite very inexpensively.
To make, just take one teaspoon of psyllium powder and one tablespoon of liquid
Bentonite into 8-10
ounces of water or juice. I mix it with apple juice and think it tastes fine. Some people have a problem with the texture. I find that 10
ounces works best for me as it thins it a bit.
Start by taking the shake once per day, then continue to increase this until you are taking 3-5 shakes per day. If you body is not used to all this fiber, it is best to start with one shake daily and then increase it by one each week. My wife started up with two daily and increased it to four after week two. Listen to your body and it will tell you how much you should start with and how soon you should increase it.
These shakes blocked both me and my wife up. To keep us going, we take the Renew Life CleaseMore and OilSmart each evening with dinner. This keeps our bowels moving throughout the day and allows all the old gunk from the clease to be moved out. We are currently on week three and thus far have not released any mucoid plaque - the goal for this cleanse. We have, however, released a ton of old waste so we feel this has really worked for us.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Good luck!
Raymond
