See - I did it the easy way - I purchased the FiberSmart capsules!!! So my 2-3 capsules a day were nothing compared to your SCOOPS!

I couldn't agree with you more about everything costing so much. That is why I stopped trying to fix everything at once and just focus on the bowel cleanse/P&B shakes at this time. So far, this has been the least expensive of anything I have had to buy thus far. The two P&B products cost less than $12.50 TOTAL! And the supply lasts for a while. I did a search on the net for Renew Life products to see who sold them the cheapest. I found a great supplier and they deliver quickly too. By doing it that way, I can also purchase the larger sizes so they last longer. I get the OilSmart in 100+ quantity. I also only use them now once per day - so that alone will last me over three months.

Please note, I am, and have been, extremely constipated. It completely sucks. I had it so bad before I started all of this that I had TWO anal fissures that made it feel like I was being sliced by a razor blade every time I had to poop. It was just awful pain. The CleanseSmart cleanse was the first product I used that actually had me going once per day - plus it softened my stools to the point that I no longer had that awful pain when passing a stool. That is why I continued with the CleanseMore once I finished the CleanseSmart - I wanted to keep that flow going and that pain at bay so those fissures could heal. Since starting on the P&B shakes, I find myself no more constipated than before - AS LONG as I continue to take the CleanseMore and OilSmart each evening (I take one each per day). Actually, since starting the P&B shakes (I am currently in week three), I am now going 2-3 times per day! For the first time EVER. Now, if I did NOT take the CleanseMore and OilSmart, I would totally plug up. So I know I have to continue taking them short term.

You would NOT believe the stuff that is coming out of me by doing this. No MP yet, but that is my goal. I am, however, passing all kinds of old waste along with my normal waste. It is so weird to see both passed during one bm. This has been happening regularly over the past week so I know the P&B is finally working hard to strip clean my bowel. I strongly encourage you to try this. I feel the only way I will be able to be regular on my own one day is to keep working at this, keep stripping this gunk off my colon wall and finally release the MP. At that time, I am hoping I will be able to go on my own with the proper diet.

You are starting the same way I did and now I feel it is finally paying off. Hopefully soon, once I pass the MP, I will then be able to cleanse on a quarterly or semi annual basis. That will hopefully keep my body clean as well as help the pocketbook!
