"Health crisis" help needed

I am on day 11 of Rich Anderson's Arise & Shine cleanse. I'm still on the 'Mildest' level, but I have been having a lot of discomfort for the last three days.

Basically, I have gotten white sores under my tongue and on the inside of my lip. I've had similar symptoms before when I've been ill, over-tired, stressed, etc. Nevertheless, I've never had the sores as large as they are right now. Also, I have yet to pass any mucoid plaque.

Can anyone offer advice or share stories of their own cases of a "health crisis"? I'm not ready to end my cleanse because of this, but I am currently experiencing a great deal of discomfort. Tweet
