i am wondering about the "very thin" thing. i have a pretty good diet, dont eat meat or cow milk products and eat lots of veggies, fruit and fiber foods....
i have noticed several times lately that my poo is very thin and i have to, ahem, really strain to get it out. (LOL)
could this mean that i have alot of mp stuck to my intestines?
i did a 10 day
Master-Cleanse last august where i added the b&p shakes on day three, i did get some ropes out then, but not a plethora of them....
i am doing the
Master-Cleanse tango again, day 2 and i just had my first shake.... any advice on how i can maximize my cleansing this time around? i mean how can i get that stuff off of my intestines without taking a long handled toothbrush and stickin it up me bum?
today i cleaned my entire apartment completely and thoroughly. man i love a clean house, got the candles burning, the nice music on ...... its quite lovely.
eating is fun. i love food, the taste of it. otherwise i dont feel overly hungry. its more a mental thing. my roomate came home and made herself a yummy meal - it smelled so gooooood. then i had a bp shake. oh joy oh rapture. one thing is if you add some braggs to it, it tastes kind of like soup.
