Re: Any possible side effects when doing a colon cleanse?

Hey there , Im on colosan right now for just over 3 weeks, and the last 4 days or so , my brain fog has gotten worse at times, now im developing flu like symptoms, sore throat, runny nose , ahd a massive headache for about 3 days also. Im guessing its a healing crisis/die off reaction. And so I've researched and read. So hang in there your well on way to recovery! Jeff =)
