I did find your posts today and replied - you are right, they got sorted back due to lots of posts - what a great place this is, so much info and activity!

The CQ10 was gelcaps and it worked so well - I am very grateful I found the info here - I had been taking it, but then learned about the super dose 3000mg per day, and I did four days twice, with 10 days inbetween. In those 10 days, I did diflucan - which I think also helped a great deal, but it is harsh on the liver, and I knew I would be doing that one course only. In those 18 days, I rested, and eliminated a lot of stress. . . .and prepared for the holidays - now that I am back, I am making stress reduction a major priority!

My colosan should be here in a week! I am glad it is your friend ;) So please keep me posted on how it is working for you!

I started paragone yesterday. I had a bit of a head start in Mexico with parasite cleansing - and I tell you, that makes a huge difference too!

This week, I had a bit of flu coming on - so did the Magnesium Citrate - soooo glad I did! It really got things moving - lots of gunk out - and I'm 3 pounds lighter now- I find that amazing in one day even with all the water I have drank! But it feels great - I am going to use it again if that constipated, bloating situation lasts longer than a week.

I am going to take the paragone for 15 days, with continued bowel cleanse. Then off paragone for 5 days, then back on for the last 15 day course and that is when I am going to add the colosan - unless I get other suggestions on how to better add and/or combine.

Glad to hear your holidays were nice and not stressful. I know I am still pretty tired a lot - and this will take months, maybe years to correct, but at least I am thinking clearer! I am also calmer. . . a great bonus! Let's keep in touch!
