Shannon, I drink a lot of water...probably close to 2 gallons a day. I drink it all day long, pretty much non stop (avoiding water and liquids 30 minutes on either side of a meal).
I am taking 3 shakes per day, which is what I read to, unless I was hallucinating? Two heaping tsps of psyllium and then the 1 tblspn of bentonite. I've been generous with the clay...but that's basically what I'm doing. Seems to be working...!
