Re: Irritated bowel.. How should I cleanse??
Jes,
I know what I am going to say is no answer to your question about P&B shake, but here it goes.
I have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome-mostly of the D kind but sometimes of the C kind. Mine seems to get aggrevated by hormone fluctuations). Colon hydrotherapy helped me IMMENSELY. I didn't think it would work this well, really, but I haven't had any problems for over a month now (I had 6 session so far since beginning of November.) I am wondering if the colon hydrotherapy got rid of some old toxic materials that were irritating to the lining of my colon.
I initially started out taking a bowel spasm formula from Nature's Sunshine with recommendation from my hydrotherapist but I quit the supplement after 3 days because I wanted to see the effect of the hydrotherapy without any other varables in the mix, and I had no problem without the supplement. (I'd say my IBS is 95% better.)
I am thinking of switching over from the $65 per session hydrotherapy to the in-home enema route (more cost effective) and see if this method will keep the IBS at bay as well as the colon hydrotherapy sessions.
