Re: Irritated bowel.. How should I cleanse??

hi, i use enemas to clean my colon. i had hemorrhoids, but they are shrinking quickly. i learned that if you don't put any pressure on your anus, by making sure everything slides through by itself, then no irritation develops. also, i felt i had pinworms, because i would itch so much, esp at night, but after a few enemas, i haven't had any itching. perhaps they live between swollen tissue? hmm. many here would suggest a colonic or two to cleanse your bowel.
