Urgently needs help, Please read this message.

Hello. I am a 17 year old male, I weigh about 160, and im 6'1.

For the longest time, i have been experiencing some of the worst troubles with my intestinal system that i can handle. I have stabbing pains under my LEFT RIB. Also, I have a stench that emits from my mouth, and im not sure but it may even be from my body. This smell is of feces. I have done enemas, taken a colon cleanser containing psylium husk seed, changed my diet to about 75% fiber(citrucel, fruits, high fiber cereal, vegetables), and i drink a LOT of water. Now this smell is only really big RIGHT after i eat.

Also, I fear most of my symptoms are caused by morphine. I have experiemented with it many times, but am now off it.

My question for you, is the pain right under my left rib my pancreas? could that be affected by the morphine? and the odor, what can that be caused by? Please, I am desperate. I have been to the doctor, gastrologist ect. They still dont know. I would be in debt to anyone who has ANY INPUT whatsoever. Thank you all and god bless you all.
