high colonic
I finally did the high colonic. It was most successful and I plan another session in about 2 weeks. I felt really clean and energized afterwards. I had a slight cramping down low at first, but when I became accustomed to the pressure of the water and the pulse of my colon, it went away. There was a clear tube on the drainage part where you could watch the expulsions, and I unloaded a lot; physical and emotional. I don't know where it all came from, as I had fasted the previous day and only eaten lightly the second previous day. I still have work to do physically and still have some emotional baggage tied to the colon, hence another session. It was done by a certified colon hydrotherapist with state of the art equipment and the cost was $60 USD.
I am still on the
Bentonite and the olive leaf extract with very positive results. I seem to be able to think clearer, my arthritic aches are less, my tennis elbow is clearing up, my eyesight is improving; I also sleep better, am more rested, and very alert.I have lost all desire for coffee and colas and have been off that drug for nearly 2 weeks.
To StarBrite: You had shared that you had checked into colon hydrotherapy. Check a little more, it may be the thing for you, it helped me a lot. If you are prone to cramps, I would go slowly, but I think there is a lot of benifit in the procedure. Also, did you get a chance to research the olive leaf extract on the websites I posted?
Good health to all
