Anyone hear about this WARNING ???

Hi,

I am presently on the Cleansing Program by Arise & Shine and learned about a specific product called "Chomper" which is in my program. There is a Warning posted by Health Canada advising not to use this product since it can promote Cardiac Arrest. Has anyone heard anything about this? Are there any testimonies on this? I am a little concerned.
