TENS unit for blood electrification???

Hi .....i was wondering if you could use a TENS machine for blood electrification..........i know that the frequency is irrelevent......however my TENS unit has a 4htz setting like SOTA `s. Could you just place the stick on electrodes over the radial and ulnar arteries?......and use the intensity knob to increase or decrease current?......it was just a thought.
Also because my TENS unit has many preset settings like 0.5 htz, 100 htz and 8htz.......could this also be used as a cranial electrical stimulator..CES?......again by just sticking the electrode pads behind the ear lobes?
