IMO a tens will work fine for blood electrification if applied properly. The original patent by Kaali and Lyman used DC current.

Sometimes I wonder if Beck was a disinformation agent. At the least he was wrong about a great deal of his dogma. I hate to point out the obvious but look at him, he didn't appear very health.

Later in his life he spoke about meeting aliens who asked him to build a teleporter using money from an accident they would cause him to survive in the future.
