A good way to get down the superseed is to add it to some organic apple juice... that juice will cover up the taste of all of the differnt powders pretty well I find. The AM & PM cleanse are in the advanced version of the diet. They are a little harder to find due to the non necesity of its role in the experience and the cost, but you can find a lot of what you need at:
