Hi, I am a 20 year old woman with Crohn's Disease. I am currently on the first phase of TMD. I know there is a pamphlet about eating out while on TMD, but it is not for sale individually. I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I have a birthday to attend at a restaurant, and I would like to eat something if possible. Please help!
