I am not an expert on the Maker's Diet, but I guess it kinda just depends on what restaurant it is and what they have on the menu. I guess salad (bring your own dressing, or their olive oil and vinaigrette), steamed veggies, and roasted or possibly grilled meats would be okay for once. For example grilled or steamed fish, or roasted lamb or chicken. You might ask them for substitutions and such. It might not be *perfect* in the strictest sense but but a special occasion it should be close enough.
