Hi there, I have been doing this a couple of weeks now and had some of the same questions. Surely someone with more expertise can correct me if I'm wrong, but this is what I THINK:
You have to actually soak the grains; something about making them release their nutrients (sprout) and making them easier to digest?
Do you mean all the supplements and stuff or just the eating plan? The eating plan would be beneficial to children I know, the supplements may have to be adjusted. I'd check with Garden of Life- they have a toll free number I think on their bottles.
