Thanks for all the information. No, I haven't had a colonoscopy. I have 2 younger sisters, both in their
50's and they ran right out and got one after we kind
of settled down over losing mom. I just haven't got up
the nerve yet.
I have read about all the cleanses. I've kind of studied
alternative medicine and healing the body naturally for
about 20 years. Have a HUGE library of all the best
books and videos by all the best people. I've been
thinking about doing the cleanses, I know I need to. I also need to break my addiction to sugar. :-/
I'll try this reflexology and see what it does.
