We have one dairy farm in our area that will sell to individuals. We can also drive one hour away and buy
from the Amish. They both sell the raw milk. As far
as freezing it...we live in the country and if a big
snow or ice storm is on the way, I've frozen
milk just to be sure and have it if I run out. It's
more watery than fresh milk...but ok in an emergency.
Don't skim the cream off the top to make butter or anything
if you're going to freeze it...it would probably be
better to just shake it up good and freeze. #24055
