I'd like to know if raw milk can be frozen. I know that I will not be able to drink a gallon in a week. I would like to divide it up for my kefir and yogurt. Any suggestions. Is there a problem buying it from farmers in some states. I know there is some kind of legal issue and it is not suppose to be sold. I'm hoping to find a kind farmer who will sell me some in Michigan, close to home. I was so dissapointed when my uncle sold his cow. I was getting it regularly from him.
I hope to hear more on the Makers diet also, which I plan to start soon. Thanks for all the info I can get on the subject of raw milk, Makers diet, clenzology, soaking grains (which I know nothing about, yet!), recipes, etc. Lets get some recipes going that are in Nourishing traditions. I don't have the book yet and need some ideas as to what to eat when I start the plan.
