I'm not knowledgable enough in natural health to give any "sure" advice for your condition, but I want to incourage you to consider doing Urine Therapy. It is a wonderful tool, and it is for free! You could do some topic application, internal treatment, enemas, injections... a very powerful tool, as I read, is urine fast. In your situation it would be somewhat convenient, you would avoid the problem of un-healthy eating to the root! There are many testimonials of miraculous recoveries with urine fast, it can be done for long periods of time also by people who are not used to fast and who feel very bad.
