i wish i knew more about this. i have heard about this before and have been wanting to try it. i am no technological genius, how hard was this system to set up? are there easy to follow directions somewhere?

please post again about how this goes for you, and if you fidn it to be affective. i think i will try to give it a whirl if it isn't too tough to set up. hopefully someone has some ideas on frequencies.
